Family:  I’ve been married to my love, Tim Knoob, since 2004.  Together we have Lauren & Kayla.  I’m also a step-mom to two more beautiful girls, Joely & Mary, who have been in my life for 24+ years.  With all of our busy schedules, I’m very thankful any time we can get together!  We’re a “loud” household when everyone is together, especially when we’re playing games.  We also have a four-legged girl named Kona.

Hometown: Born in Long Beach, raised in Cypress, and have lived in Fountain Valley for 22+ years.

Refuge became part of my family… in 2005, when my brother, Gabe, and sis-in-law, Amber, invited Tim & me to meet them at HB Central Park for church, so we brought our chairs and 4-month-old Lauren in her stroller and have been with Refuge ever since.

What is a random task that you do that not many people know about? I started serving in Children’s Ministry VBS in 2008, then served with 3-year-olds, then served weekly with 1st - 4th graders for some years.  Y’all probably know I get to serve welcoming new and returning attendees every Sunday with the Hello Team, which I absolutely love doing!

I became a Christian… in 2002. Though I was brought up in a Catholic household when I was young, Tim led me to the Lord by his example of what it’s like to have a true relationship with Jesus, reading God’s Word, etc.  And I continue to grow in Him every day!  I was baptized June 13 2015, at Northside of HB pier.

What is your coffee order? If I drink coffee, it’s basically a sweet dessert in a cup.

What is your dream vacation spot? Anywhere away with family.

What book would you recommend to everyone? The Bible! Get a good study Bible or a parallel with the NKJV and NLT.
